    v32 v33
9393Adrian - There is feedback that PCA & FIATECH want to strengthen this ongoing relationship, but as yet no formal arrangement agreed.

95 Gord - Now I'm interested, but what do I do next. (Prominent link to Avalon currently). The how to stuff is really beyond the primer now .... where is the home for this. Yes, these pages ... under what was IDS-ADI (Avalon is a time-limited project) ... continue with IDS-ADI branding for now. (Noted security certificate problem is still there.) Start at the IDS-ADI top page.
95Gord - The approach is "Now I'm interested, but what do I do next?" (Note, linked prominently to Avalon currently). The "how to" stuff is really beyond the primer now .... where is the home for this ? Yes, these pages ... under what was IDS-ADI (Avalon is a time-limited project) ... continue with IDS-ADI branding for now (see note on FIATECH and PCA collaboration above). Start at the IDS-ADI top page https://www.posccaesar.org/wiki/IdsAdiProject (Noted security certificate problem is still there - solution is to ensure you are pointing to [http://www.posccaesar.org www.posccaesar.org] NOT trac.posccaesar.org - which is now redundant / redirected.)Specific content progress ...

    97 Specific content progress ...
97BDEF - Bechtel / Emerson (Dow & Fluor originally too, and maybe again later)[[BR]]Content - deep slice vertically (Emerson - one instrument modelling in detail - classes and templates)/ and thin horizontal layer (Bechtel - broad functional needs across instruments / lists / datasheets). Looking like 900 items created. Maybe worth a review of that content ?

101 Should the Thursday modelling meeting be re-adopted as the umbrella IDS-ADI modelling scope ? OK as a wider agenda even if participants needs driven circumstantially by projects - default agenda.
99Should the Thursday modelling meeting be re-adopted as the umbrella IDS-ADI modelling scope ? OK as a wider agenda even if participants needs driven circumstantially by projects - default agenda to fall back on ongoing priorities.

103101Proteus - producing agreed spreadsheet formats for content generated as proposals. Up to 16 vendors now signed up (most now active). Probably of the order of 1500 classes involved - many alraedy exist. (Not actually using the RDLFacade endpoint IDGenerator... Mohammed is working on it.)

    107105BIDG - No report today.

109 Primer / How to / High Level IDS-ADI Documentation / Business Case-studies.[[BR]]Gathering case studies - Robin few weeks ago, now Ian (recently, yesterday), list of reference projects (frrom the S/W vendors) ... to follow up. Lessons learned too. "How to represent legacy schema". Need to link this to the "methodology" and "simplification" agendas too.

"How to represent legacy schema". Must link this to the "methodology" and "simplification" agendas too.[[BR]]This is a valuable ongoing activity, and the materials useful to all FIATECH / PCA / 15926 parties - see note above on organizing this content.
